Anita’s, a fast-food chain specializing in hot dogs and garlic fries, keeps track of the proportion of its customers who decide to eat in the restaurant (as opposed to ordering the food to go), so it can make decisions regarding the possible construction of in-store play areas, the attendance of its mascot Sammy at the franchise locations, and so on. Anita’s reports that 48% of its customers order their food to go. If this proportion is correct, what is the probability that, in a random sample of 5 customers at Anita’s, exactly 2 order their food to go?

I went to McDonalds (In Winter Haven, Fl) tonight, ordered a Chicken club sandwich, with grilled chicken. I waited until I got home to eat it, I was so hungry I chowed down, then I realised (half way into it) the chicken wasnt all so warm..I looked at it and it is just hardly cooked, completely pink except on the outside. I’ve thrown up quite a bit and Im really nascous. My fiance took a pic of the sandwhich, and went back to the McDonalds(with the actual sandwhich) to speak with the very polite manager who gave us her name, the franchise owners name and phone number along with the restaurant managers name and number.
What are the possibilities of simonila from such a large corporation? Or what else could happen?
Also I’ve heard of people sueing McDonalds over hot coffee (ok..so they wanted it cold?) but does anyone think that raw chicken is an acceptable reason to sue? I dont see myself doing so unless this causes some real issues with my health, but any advise on either subject would be nice!
